Enterable Police station WIP

Enterable Police station WIP GTA 4

Cells, Hall way, Office. It will be more detailed when i find away to enter the station. I made this fast just to see if it would work, I dint want to spent time making it look detailed and perfect, for it not to work.

Problem i have is that there is a invisible wall i need to get past. But no luck so far.

If anybody knows then make a comment below.

the invisible wall has to do with collsion.

if i'm not mistaken map collsion is more group together, as in a whole block shares a collsion file.

if you want to edit the police station your going to have to edit it's collsion file that it shares.

also dont try and make one big collsion cause you'll crash the game.

i've learned that when i was making my mobile command center

Do you no were i can find the collsion?

If you find the collision file, like others have said it'll most likely be connected to a whole block / street.

If thats the case, open it in zModeler (if possible) and select the vertices that cover the door and scale them down to street level, that should get rid of the invisible wall problem.

lol you dont use zmodeler to edit maps

you use 3ds max and doing what you said wouldnt work.

trust me.

really kinsta for you to be able to walk inside the police station your going to have to make a whole entire new set of collsion for the whole entire of the station however big it's going to be.

also a word of advice dont try to make one single big collsion file, your collsion are going to need to be seperate.

trust me or else your game will crash when you try to get near it

My mistake. I use zM to resize and alter collision files for my car models, works fine. Thought it'd be the same.
