How to make cones stay still

So I'm making another car crash callout, and it's annoying me when vehicles just drive over the cones and ruin the callout, so is there a way to make the cones stay still no matter what hits it?

Is there also a way to make the traffic slow down in a certain radius?

1. freeze their position and create a hitbox for them so vehicles go around the object

2. speed zone in RPH's world class

there's probably something better than doing 1

just create two objects the one should be the cones and the second one a invisible object like a sign which vehicles actually dodge unlike cones.

Ahh so for example would I do. sign1.isvisible = false;

All good, I've got the signs placed in the right Vector3s, I'll try and get an answer, I mean I might even fight out by doing random things haha
