can only see the police stations

so i attempted the mod for second time after months and still getting the same spot i got into last time, i downloaded everything, check all readme's, check all installation guides and everything.

 

so my problem is i can get the game to load and everything with the rageplugin, and i can get into game. i see all marked police stations, but the F4 key to open console wont work, and if i do anything near the police station i get attacked. i read you had to go to locker rooms to go on duty in past, got attacked once i went into the locker room. so not sure if i am missing something here i didn't see in the guides? 

 

but yeah the F4 key doesent work in the game for me at all.  but i will say this, when the game loading it shows rageplugin, and rageplugin tips. so it seems like it is there, but at the same time it is not?

Some mods can interfere with other mods while running in the game. Maybe try reinstalling each mods one at a time and run the game after each installation, so you will have better understanding which mod is causing the issue. Also make sure you are installing the mods properly with proper compatible rage hook, and script hook version.

For the problem with the "F4" key, try to change to window or seamless window.

i don't have any other mods, and i just fresh installed GTA, but before i did i deleted all GTA folders to make sure nothing would remain, only mod i have is LSPDFR,

i found out my problem, so i been trying to do manual install entire time, i think there something wrong with that file. after watching a video last night of a guy install game and got it to work, he posted it 2 months ago. so still current.

 

he use the other install instead of manual, and realized i needed winrar or some time of unzipping program, so i downloaded it and finally got the real setup, and did all that.

re downloaded the updated rageplugin again so all files are up to date like he did, and then the mod just started working. i guess i can say is the manual install doesent work.

that doenst work for me every time i try to change it it just changes back to the default F4 and pressing F4 or E at a police station doesnt work either for me
