I can't stand how slow the AI goes on the roads. They go at least 10 or 20 under the actual speed limit according to my trainer speedometer, thus forcing me to either get angry or pass them. I looked for mods elsewhere as well and I can't seem to find any good ones.  A mod that can just simply speed up all AI cars at least by 10 MPH would be great.

why don't you try my ClearTheWayV mod? it should help with getting them out of your way when running code 2 or 3.

ClearTheWayV mod should be here in the downloads section in gta v downloads.

otherwise if you aren't running code 2 or 3 when this happens, you might want to see if a script already exists that speeds up vehicles around you then.

vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta can be modified to increase the overall AI driving speeds however to make them drive faster on different roads you can modify the path files in paths.rpf.

Not for going code 2 or 3, I just mean for driving normally in traffic. As far as I know there are no good scripts for increasing vehicle speed, so ill try the other persons suggestion.
