The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey folks,

 

First time posting here, as I am totally new to LSPDFR. So I just successfully installed LSPDFR as clean as I possibly can and have a question..

 

-Why do I need ScripthookV, ScripthookDotNet, OpenIV, etc. ?

ScriptHookV is for loading .asi mods such as ELS, ScriptHookDotNet is for loading mods that go in the 'scripts' folder, and OpenIV is for installing content mods such as vehicles and peds. None of these are required for LSPDFR to run.
