Hi,
I want to know where I can find, if available or between what, the gameconfig.xml (version 1.0.231.0) for the last DLC Smugglers of GTA V. I did some research but I do not find it, and I need a problem of crash of the nominated mod Realist Dispatch Enhanced (RDE) 3.1.1 when the game loads.

Thanks to those who can help me or give me some indication.

Previous versions of the gameconfig are not available, and it's against Rockstar's termsto redistribute the file.  Your only options are to go without RDE, or update your game if it isn't already.

My game is updated.
Where can I find Gameconfig file for the latest version(which supports RDE)?

There isn't one. As I said, the file cannot be redistributed.
