So I've done some research and I'm still a little puzzled. The only time I've ever really played LSPDFR was probably almost a year ago. I play mostly FiveM. But recently, I've been trying to reinstall my LSPDFR to play again in single player and to record some. Anyway, I have LSPDFR and some basic cars in, and I've done research, and tried everything I found, and I'm still a little puzzled. My ELS still isn't working. Here is my directory. Everything is updated (as far as I know) and I'm pretty sure I dont think anything is being blocked. Here is my game directory:

Wow you're absolutely right. I have it, but it's in the bin folder at the top. Guess that won't do me any good up there will it?  Thanks, I'll let you know if it works!
