So i just got done watching one of Jeff's LSPDFR videos and he had a beautiful overhaul along the highway into blane county. What is the best one do use because i cannot seem to find any on LSPDFR.com

I don't recall if Jeff actually said the name of the mod he was using, but there are a few over on GTA 5 mods - https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps

 

Your best option would be to either try them all, or just the one that seems the most promising.

Try this one...its easy to install, and i can verify it works and looks good, gives you two different tree styles to chose from. 

I think the mod Jeff used is included in this one.   I will say your game will take longer to load however, this loads in as part of the game.
