also, when i add new police vehicle files IE police 5, 6, 7 and so on, where do i find those as i've put them into my newest patchday folder, but cannot find them in game?

You'd need search script/mod for that.  Albo's mods don't have that.

Check my how-to topic, it tells you where the standaone vehicles need to be installed at.  A dlc like mpchristmas2, don't use the patchday for standalone cars.

i've read your how-to...it hurts my brain LOL....I think on my next days off i'll really sit and try and study it but i'm also going to be moving soon so...might have to take a tiny break. you have any inside info on when .4 might be out?

You press N and change “available for calls” to No I believe.

maybe you can help me with this quick...i've downloaded this pack, and in the files under the els colors and vcf files...it has red and blue, and just blue...now i've tried to do the red and blue...installed using open iv...but its only showing the blue? can you tell me what i did wrong?

edit, i only downloaded the xml in the vcf file...not sure what to do with the png files under the els colors?

If I recall, the png files also includ red/blue.  For those, you go into the .ytd and replace the all blue images with the red/blue ones.

so how would i do that...according to the files downloaded, its both the buenolights2 file as the png file for both blue lighting, and blue and red lighting. also how would i go about changing the png in a certain .ytd file?

Click "Edit mode" in OpenIV.

 

Double click the .ytd to open it.

 

Drag and drop the buenolights2, or other images you want into the opened window.  They should replace.

 

Then click "save" at the bottom when finished.

Yeah, there are a few videos out there.  I don't know of any off the top of my head, though.

alright...next question...my reds seem kinda....yellowish? and they are very dim during daylight...i have radience v installed....any more helpful hints?

You can increase brightness in the visualsettings.dat.  Check the pinned GTA V FAQs.
