The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello fellow Officers.   Hoping someone might be able to help me out . I just was watching Albo's video and noticed there was a Traffic Observation that popped up ( smell Maj in car etc.) and was wondering what mod that is. I know the Traffic backup buddy can do it but I was looking for a version that would not require me to call them every time. Thanks in advance for any help.
