The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When I start my Rage Plugin Hook it will load normally then when the game loads lspdfr hasn't loaded and it just states the normal Rage Plugin stuff. I have unistalled Lspdfr and Grand Theft Auto and re-installed both of them still with no luck.

I dont think it has anything to do with going on duty. There is alot of people that updatd RPH and are having problems with LSPDFR crashing on start up or crashing while loading the LSPDFR plugin.

I have been updating it lately is there anyway to get an older version so this will be working properly?

Have you opened the ragepluginhook configuration window and ticked the "Load all plugins on startup" ?
If that doesnt load it, Press F4 ingame to open RagePluginHook console, and type "reloadallplugins", or "loadplugin" and select LSPD First Response.c196a10e6823b83e2990814199c0349c.png.e1ffbc294c976d14b38650d78eb51ab4.png

That's what it sounds like his issue is.  In game, you can also hit F4 and type "Loadplugin LSPD First Response.dll"

    Thank you, this fixed it. I forgot that it resets all the settings every time you update it.
