I have been modding for a while however I have never seen such a problem with mods, I installed lspdfr on the newest version of gta 5 from steam and of which is supported by rage plugin however mods like the police radio don't work. I was having problems with arrest manager as well but after running the lspdfr trouble shooter and downloading a windows file that windows should come with but doesn't because Microsoft is lazy it started to work, however the radio still doesn't work. The troubleshooter did fix some things on its own and I have ran it like 3 more times after fixing everything to get the same 2 errors, a windows file that I have installed, and an update to police computer that is already installed....However this doesn't keep it from not working as pressing c does nothing other than make me look stupid, to clarify, the config doc proves that c is the key to activate it. But as well as we're being honest here I would be lying if I said I knew where to put it originally and because I didn't, I placed it in both the lspdfr folder (lspdfr folder in the gta 5 directory), and in the plugins>lspdfr folder. Worth noting since this didn't work I found out the correct place (plugins>lspdfr) and removed it from the other folders I had it in, going as far as re downloading it to ensure I had all of the files, stll does not work. I would assume I am just missing a dll file or I misplaced the files. So if you know how to fix this I would appreciate your input :)

Yes, the correct folder for PoliceSmartRadio plugin in in "plugins/LSPDFR".

make sure to also put the "PoliceSmartRadio" folder that comes with the downloaded file into "plugins/LSPDFR" recursively.

also make sure to put Albo1125.Common.dll file in the GTAV main folder.

Good news! After reinstalling it again I opened the game and it told me soon enough that the albo1125 was outdated along with a few other mods like the game was too new for arrestmanager and traffic policer though they both still work. However after my game crashing twice and lspdfr getting salty I was able to get it to load and function, though I have no idea how to move around, or how to select buttons, so if anyone knows how to use it I would love to know the controls because I have used the arrows on the num pad, the up/down on the keyboard, and w and s but nothing. Thanks!
