Ford Bronco concept

While this is an old article (dating back to last August), I thought it was interesting, especially for you Ford fans, most importantly, Bronco fans.

The concept (which is now probably going to come out in 2013 or 2014, or when the new Ford F-100 comes out) will be built on the F-100 body, if I read the article correctly.

Ford built it to compete with the Jeep Wrangler.

To be honest, it looks ugly, but well built. I'm hoping this isn't the final design.

It looks nothing like the old Bronco's, except the 2 door design (3 if you count the trunk):

But I guess it'll do.

What do you guys think?

Also, here's the new Ford F-100 :

I personally don't like the way these new car designs are going. Am I the only one that feels this way?

Sincerely, these two designs are ugly as hell, both F100 and Bronco, looks like a bad plastic toy truck, is completely orthopedic, I don't understand why all the new has to be so ugly.

But that Bronco is a 2005 or so design, and the F100 has a grill pretty similar of the F150 of early 2000s, why do they appear again? usually old designs in so old time period are archived...

Personally, I prefer the old school Bronco, looks nicer and probably is stronger and better...

*Shudders*, My god, that has to be the two ugliest trucks I have ever seen, sad because Ford has always thought of good designs, these though, are just plain ugly, looks like their trying too hard to make it look "Futureristic", which has always been a ugly concept, oh well, I know I wouldn't buy one, I'll stick with my 78 Chevy.

Yeah, I agree with you. They're trying too hard to make it look modern. Hopefully just like fashion, cars designs are a cycle, and the 80's will be back someday in terms of how they look.

Rancher...

The Rancher was also based off the Chevrolet Blazer, with the rear lights being based off the Bronco.
