The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ok I'm not to tech savvy but I followed the steps to play lspdfr but getting the error game version 0 not supported retail or something like that but I bought this game off steam. If anyone can run a teamviewer session to just overlook what I did that would be appreciated.

There is a new update out for V. Some of the files needed to run scripts like ELS, Fr, etc are not yet updated to the new game version. Just wait until they are and i'm sure your issues will be fixed.
