ELS - No lightbar, only brakelights turn on

I fired up GTA V today to play some LSPDFR. I noticed that none of my ELS light stages work; the only change that happens is that the rear brakelights flash when the 3rd light stage is selected, none of the lightbars or other emergency lights work.

 

I've tried uninstaling/re-installing the ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI, restarting my computer, restarting steam, re-installing ragehook, all to no avail. I'm not getting any errors popping up when I start the game or RH, and everything else seems to be working just fine, just not the lights.

 

I haven't installed any new cars or changed any configurations since I last played (two days ago) when everything was working fine.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Double check everything.  Double check the ELS VCF still exists for the car, check that ScriptHookV is still installed, and check ELS is properly installed.

    Everything's as it should be, and it doesn't look like anything's changed from when I last played.

    I know you said you did this, but please humor me and do the following.

    In your main GTA V directory, open the ELS INI file.  Find "MaxActiveVehs" and set this to 50.  Save, and load in the game to try.

    Thanks, and update: I restarted my computer a THIRD time and for some reason it works now. No idea what's up with that but I'll take it. Thanks for your help!
