Looking through some LSPDFR videos of people RP'ing as gang units or undercover, they all have these beards that are not in the game. I've found the "Franklin, Trevor, Michael 'New Hairstyles'" mod, but will this work for LSPDFR, will I still have those options when using say, EUP to create a character?

i doubt that will work, considering they're for the Franklin, Michael and Trevor characters whereas EUP is for MP. You should have plenty of facial hair features for EUP/it's character customization. 

I have lots of options, sure, but when the biggest beard I can get is little to nothing, when there are beards (illustrated in the screenshot) like that. Then I question how they got them.

I don't believe the second picture is a EUP ped and is a modelled ped. pretty sure i've seen that ped a couple times in the download section with different textures. 

Yeah it's off one of the Gang Unit peds. So is there no way to get beards like this in EUP? Still somewhat new to the modding scene and not really sure what's capable and what's not. But the beards available in EUP are somewhat lackluster, heh.

Not unless there is either a mod for the MP player or if Rockstar adds them (which because they love GTA Online so much that will most likely happen)

They're not an EUP ped, so their mesh was modified to have those beards. so those facial hairs were created from scratch whereas EUP peds rely on GTA Online's MP facial hair features. 

 

The only EUP things related to the LSSD Gang Unit skin are the textures and belts. Which have been attached/put onto the model.. they're not actual EUP activated items.
