I used to use his packs back before ELS and I went back to them lately to help to keep my low end pc running a little smoother and the compability. However, every time I use them I get a crash during loading. I removed ELS from my game although I wish I could use the els controls for lights and sirens. I think I need a game config but I don't know where to find it. If someone can post a link or help.

    Captain14's pack will not work with ELS.  His pack was designed to replicate ELS, and his pack requires some custom carcols and what not.  You're going to have to choose between using ELS or using his car pack.

    Strange, it shouldn't of.  Unless there has been an update to GTA since September, it should work fine.  Yeah, you may just have to stick with ELS only.
