I'd like to edit my own Visual Setting's and possibly TimeCyc, but am not getting the best result's , when editing either of them do i turn values up or down to get the best result's? i would like it too look good with ELS

why not using Realistic Time cycle 5? The only problem with it is that the ELS lights are waaay to bright...

I find that ELS with RTC 4, is the best. It depends on your vehicle though...

hmm did you change something or do u use another mod with it? mine seems to be bright as hell at daytime

Its not too hard.Almost everythings clearly understandable in it.

@Dhruv, i know the values are understandable, but when i turn values up, ELS look's terrible, and when i turn them down ELS look's terrible and the picture is really dark.

Then maybe you're messing with the wrong file.

It should be ELS.ini which you're looking for.
