Are there any ways to make my computer run like new? (windows 7)

Upgrade your components, that's really the only way to increase your speed in games.

 

I don't really tend to like the "snake oil" software that tend to claim they will legitimately make your PC faster. As long as you don't have any viruses, and defragment your drive every once in a while, you generally wont see a huge improvement with any software.

Totally agree with Original Light, theres probably no software out there that will make your PC run faster, its all about your specs, so CPU, GPU,RAM,etc etc, just out curiosity, whats your current system specs? 

Nope. Thats an hardware issue. Update them

Usually, it's enough to clean up your PC and all errors and problems are disappearing. I always use this tool - https://tweakbit.com/pcrepair . I found out this tool very useful and irreplaceable.
