I bought GTA IV and GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City off of Steam and Im wondering how can I mod it? Do I put it into its own seperate folder out side of the Steam's folder?

You mod it the exact same way you would a Disk Copy.

Just find your steam folder in the steam games folder it is. Then use Spark to mod it.

define mod....cars..weapons....skins.....prostitues, nuclear warfare, turn LC into a hiroshima.....
