The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Deleting it only removes the cars and skins I have installed in the game nothing else right?

Deleting the mods folder will delete everything inside it.

Supposedly they just updated Gta, someone told me on gta forums. That may be why everyone's script hook has been crashing, don't know if you were informed or not.

UPDATE- Did some trial and error and found out that dinput8.dll is crashing my game, scripthook V works fine dinput8 does not. I have the most updated one installed.
