just used the regular one, now do I run as admin first or just launch rage plug in normally?

Rename it in the file explorer.  We need to figure out if it's something in the mods folder causing this.

Close all the explorer windows and/or GTA if it's open.  Then go back into your directory and try.

everything was closed when  I tried that, only thing that I have opened is my internet browser.

Right click your mods folder-->properties.  Now, in the name portion, change it to _mods

The only thing I can advise is restarting your computer.  I just tested it on my computer and it let me change the name, so there must be something else in the background still using it.

just tried, doesn't work. I don't understand how yesterday at 4pm I played the game and it worked fine, 2 hours later I cant play anymore.

At this point, I think you might just have to go without ScriptHookV.  If your game works perfectly without it, there's no point in breaking backs over this, especially when ScriptHookV has been having some issues.

I only play gta on PC for lspdfr, Would deleting my mods folder and making a new one do anything or should I just wait for an answer on script hook ?

I'd delete your mod folder, but it may not even let you.
