As the tittle states despite updating my update.rpf my game still infinitely loads when I start it with rage. I also tried starting it regularly and that also infinitely reloads. I have tried removing the mods folder completely and starting a new but with no luck. When I remove the mods folder and start the game everything loads up fine so it is clearly some issue with the mods folder. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the OpenIV asi plugins. The last thing I have tried is verifying my game cache but alas not even this was able to solve my problem. The only other thing I can think of doing in reinstalling the entire game and start from the ground up. I really don't want to have to do this as it's quite time consuming so if anyone has any suggestions as to what could be wrong it would be greatly appreciated!

Delete your mods folder for me please, then see what happens. 

As I stated above I have done this already, when I remove the mods folder the game runs perfectly fine. However as soon as I put it back in the game infinitely loops again.

This happened to me when I put in a vehicle that didn't cooperate with my GTAV.  Try removing your modded vehicles one by one to see which one is the culprit.

I used the same vehicles as before the update, is it possible this update broke the vehicles somehow? I'll go ahead and start removing them one by one to see if I can find which ones are causing the issue, thanks for the advice!

I have already done this, I updated the update.rpf aswell as completely removing the mods folder and starting a new yet  I still get an infinite loading screen. 

 

 

EDIT:

 

So after messing around for a little while it appears that Realism Dispatched Enhanced is causing the infinite load screen to occur. I am not sure if this is an issue plaguing all people using RDE but it appears to be effecting me. Not sure how to fix it at this point, I may have to just wait for an update.

I have fixed the issue, for anyone else who may be encountering this problem now or in the future all you need to do is update your gameconfig.xml file. I had attempted to do this but I guess the version I used was outdated. I ended up trying this version and it worked perfectly!
