As you read by the title I am having crazy issues with loading into the game itself. I load up the game and I find myself in the slideshow/loading screen for GTA V while running RPH. For some reason, the game will never load and will infinitely load until the game crashes (sometimes). While loading up at some stage where "loading Population" or whatever (after the "Loading Story Mode" pop up,  at some point after they end I can access the RPH console (F4)... I have no idea what to do since the game never loads and it has been like this for months...not to mention that Story Mode wont even load without RPH..If you take any time out of our day to help me I would be very grateful.

Did you make a backup vanilla copy of your game?  May try to just run GTA 5 without running RPH to see how that goes.  If it loads story mode okay then it must be a problem with rage plugin.  What steps have you taken to try to resolve the problem?  Check out Abolo's YouTube video on how to install LSPDFR and RPH.  I followed his steps and haven't had any issues.  You may also wanna try to just download RPH again and re-install it to make sure you didn't mess something up in the files.  I personally recommend not having RPH load any plugins for you as well.  Instead do it yourself using the RPH console in game especially if you have a low end PC.

 

I also recommend downloading Abolo's LSPDFR troubleshooter tool to see if it detects any issues.

Try removing your mods folder then starting the game through RPH. Copy the DLC folder that has all your vehicles in it first so you can drag them back in later. 

 

If if that doesn't work, try verifying your game files through steam.

That's what happens whenever I do this. I have reinstalled RPH a countless amount of times and it has appeared to have had no effect on my issue. I have already disabled the load plugins option in RPH when this problem first occurred. I already have the troubleshooter and will give it another go right now as I'm typing this up. DS young, do you mean completely remove the mods folder altogether? I tried verifying the game files and it didnt show any problems.

of course, it wouldn't. The mods folder isn't a default folder so it doesn't get verified. just remove the .asi(s) that load the mods folder, and try that with and without rph 

Which .asi is it?

Uhm. I'm assuming this means that you don't have this issue anymore?
There really isn't much to discuss either, since there is literally thousands of topics about non-updated mods folders or bad cars causing game freezing or infinite loading.
The title of your topic also gave me cancer and blew my ears out.
