I am currently trying to change the texture of the Mission Row Police Station. (The one when you type "GoToPD" in RAGE it teleports you to the station) I was able to mod the inside textures but the outside textures I replaced and it still doesn't pop up so if any of you know or could figure out where it is that would be great! Did you only replace the textures in the YTD? Did you also try the Embedded textures in the YDR/YFT of the building/signs?

 

Also if you're not already, use EMF (Easy Mod Folder) or create your own DLC to force priority over potential official DLC conflicts, which can prevent replaces from showing.
