Hi ! recently I installed Radiance V and it works... but not how it is supposed to, the lights get brighter (head and tail lights) but the lightbar and other police lights don't get brighter ... I tried different car models, different lightbars and it still isn't brighter... All it does it changes light color to white-ish... please help,

Are you using a mods folder?  Also, when in game, pause the game and go to your GTA settings. Make sure PostFX, Shaders, and shadows are on high or above.
