In the visualsettings, change these:

 

car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on    400.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on    280.00

 

To

 

car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on    6000.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on    1500.00

Nope. No change. It has to b one of my mods stopping it. I have make gta great again n visual v. I think they were brighter before visual v. Need to find its visualdata file

So i think visual v make copies of my original files. I just installed them thru open iv. Trying it now

Headlights n tail lights that flash r super bright. Over head n light on the deck r dim still

I just dont know. Might just do a quick reinstall of everything n stsrt over. Ugh

Move your mods folder onto your desktop. Now load into the game.  Once in game, quit, and put your mods folder back.

Make sure that you are putting everything into the mods folder and not the original common.rpf

Is the common.rpf in the mods folder?

Yes....at least it should be...

Your edited visualsettings.dat should be going to mods / update / update / common / data.

Lol. I think something is still crashing. I was recording tonight n i got 2 traffic stops. I went to do 3rd n vehicle wouldnt pull over n it didnt respond to the shift key.  I tried again after reloading plugins n still not working

Did the vehicle just keep driving straight, or veer off course? If so, open the ELS INI, look for "ELSTrafCTRL", disable it.

It stops because of my lights n siren but when i hit the shift key nothing happens. I was able to pull over 2 cars then a few more minutes later i attempted to pull over another n shift wouldnt work.

Make sure you're right on the AI's butt.  It's kinda picky about distance.

Yeah i was. It worked the 2 or 3 times before but now it stops. Now my game is crashin n nothing in the ragelog. Gonna remove all mods except lspdfr n load one at a time
