Recently I have noticed when I am patrolling or driving near the US Route 11 and 68 area I see civilians riding the police motorcycle and I really don't know why. The police motorcycle is thehurks 2014 CHP BMW R 1200RT.

Please open OpenIV and go to mods / update / update / common / data / levels / gta5 / vehicles. Extract the vehicles.meta to your desktop.  Once you've done this, please attach - don't post, the vehicles.meta to your next reply, and we'll have a look. :)

in the vehicles.meta it should be under the drivers section. the entry for policeb should read like so:

 

<drivers>
	<Item>
		<driverName>S_M_Y_Hwaycop_01</driverName>
		<npcName />
	</Item>
</drivers>
