The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

 I installed step by step as in the Albo video. But when I enter the game loading screen, which displays some speeches and images before 
starting the story mode, there is no longer those yellow letters moving in the middle of the screen. And when I finally enter the game, 
when I press the f4 key, to open the console and activate the plugin, the game simply stops and when I press it again it comes back. 
 As if it were a button to pause the game and the console does not open. Could someone tell me a possible problem?

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches.
Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it.
