The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

  A la hora de correr el RAGE Plugin hoock se queda ahi lanzando el juego pero no pasa nada y no abre nunca nada, habria una solución para eso ??

As per your issue, start GTA V normally first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RagePluginHook. What happens?
