The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Loaded up LSPDFR today and any police vehicle I get in, the electronic horn is stuck on and won't shut off. This is the first I've had this issue as it worked fine before now. I didnt change or add anything before today. I use ELS and SirenMastery. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions? I'm at a loss.

Well ELS and Siren Mastery shouldn’t be in the same game. Use only one of them. I would imagine this is why your issue is happening. Try removing SM and see if that fixes it.
