I agree, VisualV will be the best option until this will be released (this will be a custom timecyc mod luckily, there won't be any fps loss, it's also from the guy that made all of those photorealistic GTA IV mods so you can except something with high quality) 
 

Again, the best way to get no support and ignored is to call people who voluntarily support "fucking retards". Perhaps "Thanks for your suggestion, but I already have LSPDFR working, so I have all of them." would come off a lot nicer, and make people actually want to support you, how about that?

albos mods are not shit, just because you can't get them to work seems like a personal problem. your obviously doing something wrong . do you have the LATEST version of Gta? do you have the LATEST version of RPH 0.52? do you have the LATEST ScripthookV installed in your directory?

i've played lspdfr just fine in offline mode. thats "without an internet connection" in case you didn't know haha

I'm confused. I mean, he is correct though. I mean, I had no internet for a week and with the Remember Me box checked, I was fine and it worked perfectly.
 
If Rockstar's stuff doesn't work for you, especially this account related stuff and whatever, asking on a third-party community support website. If you actually bothered to visit the RPH website, you'd see that the actual, up to date version is 0.50, and not 0.36 like it says on the bottom of the window on your screenshot.
