You need to update your Game.

Be aware that LSPDFR only works on legitimate copies of GTA V.

If your game is legit, you need to update it.

 

For retail: Delete GTA5.exe.

Create a shortcut of GTAVLauncher.exe -> Right click that new shortcut -> Properties. 
In the Target line add -verify behind the " .

 

For Steam: Delete GTA5.exe in your main folder, then verify the game cache via Steam.
(Right click the game in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify)

Once your game is finished verifying and downloading, make sure you have Rage 0.55 installed and you are good to go. :)
