I've reinstalled all plugins besides bank and code red, can I reinstall both?

Code Red Callouts should be good.  You can try bank callouts, but if it crashes again, then it's a no-go, unfortunately.

Okay, I just alt tabbed out of GTA, this launch is a success, no menyoo, no code red or bank for now, ill try them later, ill play for a bit and tell you if a crash occurs

Bad news, It's crashing again, even w/o menyoo :(

When I run it through ragepluginhook without running GTA myself, it never crashes, but some LSPDFR plugins dont work and hitting F4 for console just freezes my game until I hit F4 again.

Hey there, give this a try. It worked for me when I was having similar issues after the recent Windows 10 update. Full credit to @ossion for posting the solution here:

Actually I tried removing all plugins and came up with no difference, thanks for your response though, much appreciated :)

Yeah it sucks, but eventually you'll find yourself in a crash free game with no issues

Open the Rage settings and see if "enable counter measures against online vehicles" is checked. If it is, uncheck, save, and launch.

So after I did the fix I sent you above, my game was working fine. But I noticed there was another smaller windows update. Since that update, I get some RPH crashes on start up and in game but for the most part, I can play the game. The only thing is my vehicle brake lights are always on and my character wont close the door when he gets in the car.

 

I suspect I need to be patient until there are some updates to my mods and even perhaps RPH to address whatever Microsoft changed.
