Please post the RagePluginHook.log which can be found in the main folder.

Have you added the Grand Theft Auto V folder and RAGEPluginHook.exe to the exclusions list in Windows Security or your antivirus?

there is no RagePluginHook.log I cant set up theRagePluginHook the disclaimer screen pops and goes

Can you edit commandline.txt in your main game folder and add -log to the end of the first line, run RPH and it should generate a RagePluginHookLauncher.log. Upload that log then please

I did it but still there is no RagePluginHook.log
I think somethink closes the RagePluginHook but I double checked my antivirus and my windows security its not open and working

It won't be RagePluginHook.log it should be called RagePluginHookLauncher.log if you have added -log to the commandline.txt

I dont Have the RagePluginHookLauncher.log I did commandline like this commandline.txt

I think I found a solution if I delete d3d12 Its works but my reshade doesnt work I don't understand why

If that is the case then Reshade is causing the issue. I would ensure it is installed correctly and that no files are missing
