RAGEPlugin Hook Acting Funky

Okay, so I just got done playing LSPDFR. I came back maybe an hour later, note I made no changes to game files, and then GTAV Crashed on startup! I launch GTA first, ALT+TAB once story mode is loading, then launch RAGE. It sometimes loads and sometimes doesn't, if i just run RAGE and dont open GTA myself, the some plugins fail and the RAGE console fails to show when i hit F4, it just freezes my game, when i hit it again, it unfreezes. I have attached the rage log when it crashed.

The game used to work fine but i reinstalled it and got all mods back.

Specs:

Intel Pentium G4560

Asus GTX-1050ti

8GB DDR4 RAM

update: I launched the game and it worked this time, when you play for a little bit LSPDFR crashes, but you can go back on duty. Here's the RAGE log file:

All of your problems seem to be limited to Code Red Callouts.  Temporarily remove this plugin, please, and test in game how it's responding.

The game launched correctly, but when I was playing for a little bit, I got a message saying LSPD First Response.dll has crashed, I could have reloaded it but I want to get this issue fixed. Here is the log file: RagePluginHook.log

Also sidenote, My ELS lights look so dim when the sun is out, at night they're amazing, i set the car.defaultlights to around 150. Is there a way to make them look good when the sun is out?

Please remove bank callouts.  This plugin is outdated and is known to cause problems.

Can I Reinstall CodeRed? Or was that contributing to the issue?

I uninstalled Bank callouts and Code Red, I launched the game and it crashed, here's the log:

Now there's nothing pertaining to it.  Lets temporarily remove all plugins and try again.  If you still crash, it's not related to your plugins.

Unfortunately not. RagePluginHook.txt/.log is the only file we can read.

Well would you look at that. GTA has crashed with ONLY LSPDFR AND ELS, were getting closer to the answer! here is the log file:

Are you using Menyoo or RDE? 

 

If no to both, lets try one last thing to pin point which is the actual cause.  Remove LSPDFR so now you have no plugins.  If it still crashes, something either in your directory or computer is not cooperating with the modded game.  Don't worry though, I won't ask you to remove GTA so we can figure it out. :P

Last I was aware Menyoo is outdated.  I don't use it, so I don't know if there's an update for it or not.  Please try removing it.
