I've just had a look in game the i did change space to horn because the default E key for Horn conflicted with the computer whilst i was in my vehicle, i have replied on another thread to someone who also has a similar problem that if i do manage to get the vehicle to move positions the suspect will drive in a straight line until they crash any idea on what could be causing that, however sometimes both Y horn (via ELS) and standard horn do not make the vehicles move? however regarding the Suspects freeze/stop i used to be able to do it just by holding E, i did write everything down and it was all fine until i actual decided to install ELS for the V70...rather confused me :)

The driving in a straight line issue is a result of ELS.  Go into the ELS INI and look for "ELSTrafCTRL", change to false.

 

Have you tried aiming your gun at the suspect and holding E? Also, it may be obvious, but make sure you're pretty close to them.

Right well i have managed to do that, i'll see if the problem with stopping vehicles has now been solved, so thanks for that one :)

 

Yeah i can do that perfectly that is how i always end my pursuits and mostly on foot pursuits but i can not manage to stop peds or suspects unarmed?

You're unable to take down a suspect who is fleeing/fighting you without aiming at them.  However, you can stop peds by facing them and holding E.  Once you have them stopped, if needed, you can just hold E and arrest them without aiming.  Even then, sometimes it doesn't work even for me, and requires you to aim at them to take them down.

Most problems are now resolved the only thing that is not resolved is the moving pulled over vehicles with my horn however, i am more than happy to use CTRL+Q option so that will do, thank you again for you help, this community is awesome! regards!

Do we get notifications on here when things are updated? as i went to play GTA last night and ealier today but it keeps crashing on me, not to sure what could be causing it as nothing new is installed...

You can follow mods for notifications, but there's no global message about mods being updated.  Check the scripts section of the downloads regularly to see if anything has been updated.

As far as im aware there is nothing that needs updated but im unsure as to what is causing the crashes?

I think i have posted the correct item this is from yesterday but that is my last play and it crashed once loading Traffic Policer's Scene Management if that helps :)

Unfortunately, your log doesn't say anything about a crash.  When did this crashing start?

The crashing started occurring only two nights ago, i have not installed anything new since i last posted here just a few vehicles which were working perfectly fine and it seems to now crash a lot maybe i should try posting the crash report it generates when it crashes?

Could this be what is causing the problems it says new version available however i do not know what its referring to?

No, that's not an issue. It's a bug that everyone sees.  You're on the latest LSPDFR version.

Well i played the game for a good 60-80 minutes earlier and it didn't crash, sometimes the menus would bug out with it all turning white but that was a simple 'Reloadallplugins' and then 'force duty' but it seemd to run smooth earlier could just be a bog standard crash really and i have just over thought it :)

Currently having to re-install my whole GTA (urhh) i was receiving some form of Fatal Errors when loading up via Rage is this due to the recent update with the Smuggling Run? as i updated my Rage via the net and downloaded it but still the problem persisted any idea's?

The fatal error you're getting I assume is from ScriptHookV, as SHV is not updated for the recent GTA version.  If you remove ScriptHookV, you should be good.
