The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I had just gotten a new computer 

I downloaded the steam version of GTA5 and the lastest updated versions of LSPDFR and Ragehook. After I set them up Ragehook and my game crash. I don't even make it to the game window. But if i run GTA5 alone it runs fine. I need help ASAP

No you don't. Scripthook isn't needed for LSPDFR. It just runs off RagePluginHook.

 

Scripthook is only needed for other scripts such as trainer, ELS etc.

Just to make sure, the game crashes before GTA even opens a game window? or when does it crash?
