Audacity - open source sound recording and editing software

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

CamStudio - Audio & Video open source recording software

http://camstudio.org/

If you are running Windows (depending on the version) you could use the included sound recorder and/or download the windows movie maker.

There is a full version of fraps for free somewhere, just google it. Otherwise as Asuna said, buy it, its worth your money.

Which would imply illegal activity, there fore, I will not endorse what this guy said, Just buy it or try the trial version to see if it's what you want, worst case, use xfire and a separate recorder and try to splice the sound with the video right, thats how i used to do it. But now I just more or less add my own audio for chases and such to make the chase seem real unlike my competitors that rip audio off chases on youtube and the directions and streets fail to match
