Sometimes buildings and roads become invisible in my game, how can I fix this?

try lowering graphics settings? remove your mods and see if the same thing happens. If you have a lot of modded cars driving around it can take a toll on your PC.

Only police cars.

 

I used to have real life cars for civilians and had no problems doing that.

 

It is very annoying
