ZModeler Wheel Export Problem

Recommended Posts

Hello Community!

I am wondering if anyone else is having a problem with exporting vehicles from Zmodeler. It could just be that I am having a stupid moment but anytime I export a vehicle lately the [wheel_lf] shows up inside the vehicle in OIV. All models that I have been exporting have all been properly working before and only minor edits were made. If anyone can enlighten me on this problem or find a fix it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Pictured is the problem I am talking about.

Take it ingame and make sure it works, OIV tends to not represent some stuff accurately.

@Firefighter767They cam with the model. I even removed the base model and re imported the original into the file to make sure I dint mess something up on it. I have had this problem with 3 models that were working originally.

Does the original model alone export correctly and work in game?

Yes

When you import the model make sure EVERYTHING is unselected. You may have a dummy or two selected and when you move parts around, it is moving them as well.

What you can do is export only the parts you have added and import them onto the stock model. That should leave everything kosher in regards to things being broken. If this does not work then something you are adding is not agreeing with the game.

I have just tried on a model that I have not edited at all lately. It is the previous version of the above model and it has had no problems before and no edits, and it is now showing up like this and exiting game with STR Failure.

Did you try whatever fixed the issue you had before with the '15 Tahoe?

The problem with that was that the download itself was corrupted. He sent me a new one.

I'm not sure what would cause the STR Failure then. If you're importing a perfectly working model and it breaks when you export it, then something you are doing on export is wrong or Zmod is broken. Does Zmod give you any errors on export?
