I can't even make out what in the world you're trying to say/who you're trying to say it to. Just PM the person instead of making a topic that nobody can understand.

No, no, no. Slimory. He wanted a Police Savana, so now someone here can make a police version if it is unlocked. I was basically making it out to any great modeler.

Its locked, I highly doubt Chasez will give it to anyone unlocked due to all the stealing going on.

Yeah, that's the negative. Maybe that other Savana (forgot who released it here) might be unlocked or we can get one, I dunno.

I was going to just Make a Halifax Regional Texture, and just use the civillian version in a Police slot, but you can't add a texture to it :(, thank's ninja +1!

@KevinDV the topic was made for me cause i've been looking for an HRP GMC Savanna but one hasn't been made, and i understood just fine

You could have sent this in a PM to him, threads are meant to address the general member base and not one or two members.

The model looks nice, Chasez did the CVPI model that are used by most modders if I recall correctly, so he might agree to give an unlocked model to a trusted modder.

IIRC, Chasez said he wouldn't give out any more unlocked models, because he was pissed off at people stealing other modders' work.

Not entirely, I was basically aiming it towards all modelers, to see if it was unlocked, and make a police version...

But nevermind...I guess this can be closed...

You try to edit it in zmodeler and it'll say "Model Locked"

Select "Lock the file" when exporting with Zmodeler.
