World's Wildest Police Videos revived

Featured Replies

Well... I don't know how many of you have seen this show, but it originally aired from 1998 - 2001 with John Bunnell being the host. This is one of the shows that got me interested in police work, along with SouthLAnd.

2 years back, I always watched the re-runs.

So anyways, "In 2012, Spike announced that it had commissioned 13 new episodes with John Bunnell returning as host,[2] which premiered May 7, 2012.[3]"

Have any of you guys seen the new episodes, or the old ones?

If so, what are your opinions of the show?

Us Brits probably won't see that new series until later in the year.

I'd love to see its return, brings back memories when I was a kid

Yeah they've already done like 3 or 4 episodes now, it is awesome. I love the show and I was thrilled when I heard they were starting the series up after 11 years. The new episodes are just as awesome as the previous seasons.

I actually went out and bought the game when it came out some years ago for the playstation. Worlds wildest police chases. Sadly, I have no clue where the game is now.

I get the appeal, but their over dramatic speaking and use of audiovisual effects ruins it for me, they were trying so hard with the old episodes that it's hard to watch, I'll give the new show a watch soon though.

Yeah, that gets me.

Or when they cut and replay the same footage over and over during one video.

Sorry, I could never stand 'ole John.

Don't know why, but he bugs me to no end.

I thought he was hilarious. His oneliners were pure comedy gold and just the way he talks made me burst into laughter quite a few times
