The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

how do you change the sirens for els  all the cars on els are on the four same sirens even the fire truck is there a way to change each car to different sirens

You'll just need to use the number keys in the meantime. 

 

You could remap the siren keys to the numbers on your numpad. Saves crossing your hands when changing sirens and driving. Means you have keep your fingers on wasd and use the other hand to change the sirens easier. If you use the keyboard obviously!
