I am wondering this because if you go to the vehicle models under LSPDFR > VEHICLE MOODELS and turn on NON-ELS comparability, there are only two pages of vehicles. I hope this is only an accident.

That filter is relatively recent. Most authors have not updated their files with the ELS status, and so filtering will only show files which have.

No, if you turn on Non-ELS there is only two pages of Non-ELS vehicles.

Yes, authors have to go back into their files and turn on the filter. The site can't automatically figure out which downloads are ELS and which are not.
