hi guys , i need some help on police partner 1.3 and EUP 7.4 .  i have just download eup 7.4 and partner 1.3 . on the police partner " Uniform , there are only default. from what i saw in other people video , the uniform can change to SWAT , LSPD , sheriff ,plainclothes and etc.   

 

but mine is only default cant change even i press right or left keys  .   hope someone can help me out

You will need a mod to modify the MP character. Specifically designed for EUP, is EUPMenu. I highly recommend it. Extract to your "Plugins" folder in your GTA folder.

 

Go on duty as normal. Go to the police station, don't worry about your character, and get a police vehicle.

 

Then, after you are free to walk around or drive in your vehicle, make sure you are not in a vehicle and press F11. Then, in the menu that appears, I can't remember eactly how you do it, but you need to create a new character.
