Is there anyone that can make some san andreas county police vehicles and skins because I tried with captain14 and his vehicles aren't working right for me the rambars spotlights and lights aren't working at all

By not working, do you mean that they aren't showing up? If so are you running ELS? If you are running ELS and they are not ELS vehicles that may explain why they don't work as ELS uses the extras to show lights on and off.

 

As for the vehicles, do you have any photos of inspiration, or even any vehicle models that you want skinned? Or are you wanting custom models and liveries as well.

 

Need more information on both parts.
