Since i started using this mod i have been getting low fps, i get 50 fps in the city and 70 fps outside of it when i am off-duty. When i am on-duty i have 20 fps in the city, and around 30-35 fps outside of it. 

I wanted to know a way to increase my fps, because i am getting quite sick of it.

SPECS:

AMD X4 860K

GTX 960 4GB

RAM 8GB DDR3

WINDOWS 10 64 BIT

watch your Plugins and also the LSPDFR Plugins! You need to find out wich one is causing this. 

It's quite realistic that it has to do with you Plugins... I had the same problem...

How can i see which plugins can cause it, thanks for your reply btw :)

I know from personal experience that ALPR+ causes a major drop in frames when activated (as in after you've pressed F8).

I have tried using the mod but i don't like it, so I deleted it

A list of your plugins would be helpful.

well ya got a couple probs here- AMD for one, an only 8 gigs a ram wont cut it nowadays ANNN its DDR3.

 Windows 10..well..its windows10, (sucksoorrrzzxxx), an tell me..how many things are running in the background hogging resources an memory.

 time to upgrade bubba, go intel, an min 16gig RAM. the vid cards pretty good that'll last 'nother year or so Maybeee.

 Just running GTAV is a beast on any system but a brand new one, and then ya add all this stuff here...

may I suggest Newegg?. MB/Chip/RAM/.  ps: don't forget a PSU.

 

things you could do now with current setup:

-turn down some settings

-limit the number of plugins running

-task manager 'end process' all the crap you can

LSPDFR with Arrest Manager, ArrestWarrantCallout, Assorted Callouts, Better EMS, British Policing script, Computer Plus, Keep calm, Lspdfr+, PeterUCallouts, Policesearch, Traffic Policer and Wilderness Callouts.

Alright thanks, yeah the thing is, i am underage (17) and i need to pay stuff like school too so i don't have much spare money laying around. But thanks to both of you guys.
