i have a prublem when i call EMS it cant be dispatched why? i have the better EMS mod

More details please. Is there any sort of error message? Are you pressing the correct button and modifiers (if any)?  Do the two progress bars appear in the bottom right of your screen?

mi ems button is L but when i call with the plugin that i say its says that it cant be dispatched the error says that is a problem of better ems

Also Better EMS and Custom Backup aren't the same mod; make sure you aren't confusing them.

 

Please upload your Rage log, found in the Logs folder in your directory. 

@PNWParksFan any light you can shed here?

its says custom backup was unable to request better EMS reponse due to an internal error on that plugin

and i have another cuestion. how can i change the backup units?? because a have a crown vic and a charger highway patrol but when i request local units they spawn in the charger highway patrol not in the crown vic how can i change that

Put the charger in police4 slot and vic in police

Make sure you update both Custom Backup and Better EMS to the latest verion, released last night. You are using version 2.1 of Better EMS, but Version 3.0 is the current version.

Albo released updates. There's this magical button on the homepage of this website called Mods, maybe clicking it will show you mods, hmm?
