Crazy AI behaviour

Howdy all,

 

hoping someone can help me pinpoint whats going on.

 

I love LSPDFR and have modded it to my liking. I have a few issues though with AI behaviour

 

 + When an ambulance has been called for a scene they stop a football field away and run to the patient. Is there a way I can get them to stop AT the scene for more realism? Sometimes they can sit there with the siren on for ages before finally getting out. More often then not they also perform CPR away from the patient, so the animations dont match up. Is there a fix?

Also is there anyway of increasing the survival rate? it seems 99% of the time they get there and "its too late"

 

 + When at a scene, say if a ped has been run over and I'm waiting for an ambulance or medical examiner and nothing else is happening - all hell breaks loose. Cars start ramming into each other, my backup units start random shootings. Is there a way to stop this? 

 

 + Is there a way to stop AI offers from shoot first ask questions later? Like if I backup someone at a traffic stop, the computer suggests its just routine, I get there and walk up to provide assistance. The driver gets out with a weapon. I disarm them instantly ie with a tazer, they go down, I then hit E to "stop" and "cuff" etc - but the AI keep shooting them.

 

Perhaps I'm asking too much of a modded game but you never know, there might be a smart cookie out there who can help me resolve these idiotic AI people so I can actually enjoy the game without fear that I'll call for backup in a pursuit who will then kill my offender that I have just subdued.
